The order is based on the confirmation in the process of ordering goods in the online shop or by phone or e-mail. In compliance with sending an order to the seller, the buyer confirms the agreement with the terms and conditions of the online shop www.enii-nails.sk. Terms and conditions are an integral part implemented in orders, i. e. the purchase contracts.
Upon the receipt of the shipment, checking of the goods and the invoice is recommended. In case of any problems, please contact us within 24 hours, otherwise any complaints will not be accepted.
3 Order cancellation
a) The buyer has the right to cancel the order without giving any reasons no longer than the ordered goods have been dispatched from the warehouse. The notice is required to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. The buyer is obliged to specify the order number, name, e-mail and description of the ordered goods in the notice. In case of order cancellation referred to paragraph (a) of this article, the seller shall not charge the buyer any cancellation fees.
b, The seller reserves the right to cancel an order or its part if the buyer has filled false or fallible personal data in the order, or if the goods are no longer manufactured or delivered or the wholesale price has changed significantly. In this case, the seller shall immediately inform the buyer to arrange further procedure. In case of order cancellation the seller shall not charge the buyer any fees associated with the cancellation of the order.
4 Terms of Delivery
a) Delivery of the ordered goods will be accomplished on the asap basis, depending on the availability of the goods in the stock and the operational possibilities of the seller. Order is normally processed within 1-3 working days after the received confirmation. As for the wholesale partners, the ordered goods shall be dispatched within 72 hours. In case of bulk orders, the time of despatch may be further increased. In case of prolonged delivery time, the seller shall inform the buyer immediately.
b) Delivery point, i. e. delivery service is selected by the buyer within the order. The receipt of the goods by the buyer is considered to be the order accomplishment. Transport to the delivery address is provided by the seller. The goods consignment always contains a tax document (purchase receipt).
c) The buyer is obliged to receipt the goods at the address specified in the order. If the buyer refuses to accept the goods from the courier or if the delivery is repeated more than 2 times due to the absence of the buyer at the address specified in the order, all costs incurred shall be paid by the buyer at the amount of 10 EUR.
5 Transport charges
a) Method of payment is chosen by marking the selected option at the cashier section.
Guaranteed delivery to the delivery address is 24 to 48 hours of despatched goods from the stock www.enii-nails.sk.
Delivery on business days is provided 8am - 4pm. The buyer may be informed prior to the delivery to arrange a more accurate delivery time.
The customer is obliged to check and receipt the consignment until there is no damage on the packaging. In case of damage, the consignment may be accepted, but reservations have to be detailed in the waybill. Immediately after the receipt, the goods and the completeness of the package must be checked. In case of damaged goods or incompleteness of the delivery, please report it via telephone or email. Claims for mechanical damage or incomplete consignment after signing the waybill must be reported immediately, no later than 12 hours, otherwise those claims shall not be taken into account with regard to the conditions of delivery service!
The goods receipt may be provided in our shop in Gbely, after prior telephone agreement.
b) When sending goods abroad, the seller calculates the postage individually, according to the weight of the consignment and the target country. In that case, it is necessary to make the payment in advance due to the proforma invoice sent by the seller.
6 Return of goods
Goods purchased in our brick-and-mortar shop can be returned within 7 days without giving any reason.
Goods purchased in our e-shop can be returned within 30 days without giving any reason.
Unused, undamaged returned goods can be exchanged for other goods of your choice.
7 Warranty, complaints and service
(a) The warranty period is 24 months from the date of conclusion of the purchase contract, unless otherwise specified for individual cases, and effects on the day of the receipt of the goods and confirmation of the required documents related to the goods provided by the authorised person.
b) The buyer is obliged to file a claim as soon as the defect has been discovered, otherwise the buyer shall have no right to apply for free removal of the defect.
c) The buyer has the right to claim the defects caused by the manufacturer, supplier or seller, and which are covered by the waranty and purchased from the seller.
d) During the warranty period, the buyer has the right to free removal of the defect. The goods, including accessories, documentation, instructions, the purchase receipt, possibly warranty letter and brief description of the defect shall be required by authorised representative of the seller.
e) The right to warranty shall not be applied if the defect was caused by mechanical damage by the buyer, by mishandling, by failure to notify the defects at the receipt, by use in conditions that are not in compliance with the humidity, original chemical and mechanical conditions of the goods, by careless handling, by excessive loading, or by use in no compliance with the instructions, general terms, technical standards or safety regulations, or other breach of warranty conditions. Defects caused by natural disasters or expiry of the warranty period are also excluded from the warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (or parts). Therefore, a shorter product life cannot be considered a defect and cannot be claimed.
f) The claimed product must be sent back by post service to our office address, unless the seller specifies otherwise.

The claimed product may delivered to the office in person after prior telephone agreement.
g) The seller or appointed person shall confirm the claim in a proper form chosen by the seller, i. e. e-mail or letter. If it is not possible to deliver the confirmation letter immediately, it must be delivered without undue delay, no later than the note of claim handling delivery.
h) The seller is obliged to define the method of handling the claim within 3 days from the beginning of the procedure (the day of receipt of the claimed goods), in justified cases, especially if a complex technical examination of the condition of the goods is required, no later than 30 days. After the method has been set, the seller or the appointed person shall settle the claim immediately; in justified cases, the claim may be settled later. However, the claim must not be settled for the period of more than 30 days from the date of claim. After the expiry of the period mentioned, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract or the right to exchange the goods for new goods.

- in case a defect may be removed, the buyer has the right to have the defect removed free, on time and properly. The seller sets the removal action and is obliged to remove the defect without undue delay. The buyer may require the exchange of the defective item for a new one instead of removing the defect (repair) if the seller does not incur excessive costs due to the price of the goods or the seriousness of the defect.
- In case of an irremovable defect that prevents from the proper use of the product, the buyer has the right either to exchange the product or to withdraw from the contract (refund).
- In case at least three different removable defects occur and obstruct its proper use, the consumer is entitled to exchange the product or refund. If the same defect occured and was removed, the third claim to the same defect within the warranty period was filed, the consumer is entitled to exchange the product or refund .
A claim shall be deemed to be settled - if the procedure is terminated by providing the repaired product, exchange of the product, refunding the purchase price, providing a reasonable discount on the product price, by a written note for claim settlement or justified rejection of the claim.
To claim, please follow the instructions below:
1) Send an e-mail to email@example.com, type your name and telephone number to reach you, product name, catalog number, invoice number and description of the defect.
2) Send the product to the given address, attach a description of the defect, a copy of the invoice or a sealed warranty certificate. If the delivery address differs from the address on the invoice, the current address and telephone contact must be provided.
Upon the receipt of the product, we kindly ask you to check the product with the invoice, in case of any problems, please contact us within 24 hours, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
8 Final provisions
Relationships not regulated by these general terms and conditions are subject to the relevant provisions of the Civil Code, the Electronic Commerce Act, the Act on State Control of the Internal Market in Consumer Protection Issues, the Consumer Protection Act 634/1992 Coll., as amended. Non-compliance with these conditions is governed by the relevant provisions of the Commercial Code or the Civil Code.
The buyer declares understanding of the terms and conditions and fully agrees prior completing an order.
