What does an employee look like that will bring us exactly what our salon needs? Where will I find him? How will I know his potential? How will I motivate him? How will I give him feedback? How will I get him to evolve? How will he bring me more customers in the long run? How will I make him my "clone"? How will I keep all this in the long term? How will I put him into the team? How will I build a functional team? How will motivate him?

Building my own brand is one of the most amazing values on business, we'll discuss logo, fonts, colors, inspiration, direction, targeting, low-cost campaigns, future, quality of service, sustainability as well as added value, loyal and long-term customers, as well as business friends

A huge theme of social media, online advertising, physical ads, barter ads, low-cost ads, and oral ads. We will analyse the exact ad intervention tailored individually, which can change and develop our salon from the very base.

Market tendencies and competition are important with great respect to get to know, inspire, add a giant piece of honest toil and your invention and then pamper this mix constantly, keep in mind that the quantities of "market" and "competition" are constantly variable, and someday we may well look back and find that competition is inspired with respect by us...

Pareto's Principle 80 / 20 or the Paret Rule in our amazing field

Efficiency recognized that 20% of our customers make up 80% of our profit and that in 20% of our time we will make 80% of the core steps for both our business and our life are completely invaluable and will be devoted to it, for as long as you need, because on this topic, adapted to our field, we mostly stay the most:)

After individual analysis, we will work out our detailed business plan based on it. We'll schedule every other hour, day, week, month and year. We will set out precise priorities and how to understand when they are changing and, in particular, how to react quickly.
